Hi, my name is Bettylynn Szal – certified personal trainer and owner of It Figures Fitness for Women. It is my profession and passion, to help women, of all fitness levels, get their bodies and minds in terrific shape. I develop individual, buddy and group fitness, exercise and nutritional programs to help you improve your overall health and wellness.

Group Training/ Boot Camp
Do you have 30lbs, 40lbs, or more to lose? Do you need to be held accountable? Do you struggle with motivation? Do you want an environment that feels safe, where no one will be left behind or judged? Make positive lifestyle changes with a bootcamp experience that will get your body moving and your metabolism revving with cardio drills, body weight exercises, and interval training. This 6 session BOOT CAMP series will be a high intensity session to kick start or maintain your overall fitness. Each week we will incorporate new dynamic routines that will keep your heart rate up, helping you to achieve the maximum burn during your work out. All fitness levels welcome. The course is limited to 10 participants. Join personal trainer Bettylynn Szal. 3 times a week 6 weeks for a supportive approach to your weight loss journey.
